Audio is retained for a maximum of three months from upload. Notes, including transcripts and summaries, are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion or circumstances affecting PT. Widya Informasi Nusantara prevent continued storage, such as cessation of operations or company closure. Keep copies of your important notes. Contact us for information about data deletion, including backups. No method of internet transmission or storage is entirely risk-free.

You can manage content using the features available in your account. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data or your account. We may verify account ownership before handling a request. Deleting content in the application does not necessarily remove it immediately from all backups or transaction records.
